Top Taxi offers premium transfer services with a focus on punctuality, comfort, and reliability. In a market increasingly dominated by app-based services, having a strong web presence is not optional, it is the difference between winning corporate clients and losing them to competitors with a better digital first impression.
02, Approach
The site was designed with one primary conversion goal: get a booking. Every layout decision, every piece of copy, every CTA placement was evaluated against that goal, and the booking process was built to require minimal input from the user. We designed for two distinct audiences: corporate clients managing regular transfers and occasional individual users booking for a specific journey.
03, Result
Visual quality was also a priority, premium service needs premium presentation. The site communicates reliability and professionalism at first glance, with photography and typography choices that reinforce the brand's positioning in the upper tier of the market.
