QMeet came to us needing to launch a video conferencing product with no existing brand, stepping directly into a category owned by Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet, for the Swiss and German market. What they didn't yet have was the identity, the product interface, or the marketing site that would let a distributed team trust a brand-new name with their daily calls.

01, Challenge
Video conferencing is about as crowded and high-stakes a category as software gets. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet don't just have brand recognition, they have years of trust built through millions of daily calls that simply worked. QMeet's task wasn't to out-feature them. It was to earn the benefit of the doubt from a business buyer evaluating a name they'd never heard of.
The real challenge was designing for reliability under pressure: a first-time user joining a call from a client link, mid-meeting, with no time to learn an interface. Every screen had to work instantly, for someone who'd never seen it before, on a call that mattered.
02, Approach
We built QMeet end to end, identity, product interface, and marketing site handled by one team, so no part of the launch read like it came from a different company than the rest.
The logo and visual identity are built around clarity and speed, the product's actual core promise, expressed through a stylized icon that reads instantly at both app-icon and billboard scale. Every identity decision was tested against a simple question: does this look like something a distributed team can trust with a client call?
The product interface itself was designed for real-time collaboration, calls, messaging, screen sharing, with minimal cognitive load for a first-time user joining under time pressure. The marketing site does the harder job of translating a technical product into a value proposition a non-technical buyer immediately understands.
03, Result
QMeet launched with a single, cohesive visual system carried across logo, product, and marketing site, giving it a credible, professional presence from day one instead of the fragmented look of a product assembled from three different vendors' work.
The identity and interface are also built to scale: the same visual system extends cleanly as new features and platforms are added, without needing a redesign every time the product grows.
